Abstract
Dear Readers, Authors and Editorial Board Members:
I am honored to publish the proceedings for the 6th Annual International External Fixation Symposium (IEFS) which was devoted to the ‘‘Diabetic Charcot Foot and Ankle’’ in San Antonio, Texas, USA, December 2010. Diabetic Foot & Ankle is committed to providing excellence in the field of diabetic pathology and this edition will share great insight on the most up-to-date information and current trends amongst clinicians and researchers around the world.
